Five steps for manual welding:
Step 1 prepare for welding
Determine the welding position and check the type of welding component.
Step 2 preheat the welding position
Align the tip of the soldering iron with the soldered position and preheat it for 1 second (the preheating time varies according to the temperature of the soldering iron used and the amount of heat dissipated by the soldering components and the pads).
Step 3 add tin wire
After the soldering position is preheated, hold the left hand to the solder wire to reach the position of the soldered joint, and the solder wire will begin to melt.
Step 4 disconnect the wire
When the melting amount of the tin wire reaches the requirements of the solder joint, remove the tin wire
Step 5 soldering tip leaves solder joint
After removing the tin wire, remove the soldering iron tip to complete a solder joint.
